Refunds are not offered on sublimation, vinyl, custom tees, home decor, or screen print transfers. If you have a problem with your order, please contact support@inkandoliveboutique.com

Our products are created and personalized specifically for you. We do not offer returns. Door hangers are made from 1/4 birch plywood and are clear coated to help with weathering. However, because they are exposed to the elements, there will be some fading and wear over time. It is always a good idea to respray them with a clear polyurethane coat once a year to extend the life of your door hanger. We do not recommend putting them in an area that is not covered by a porch or an overhang.
